Effective April 15, 2024, NEC decided to cease the manufacturing of all on-premises Unified Communications (UC) solutions, including the SL2100, SV9100, SV9300, and SV9500 as of December 31, 2024.

Prosum is committed to supporting businesses even after the cessation of NEC PBX phone systems as an authorized NEC dealer. Our team will remain dedicated to providing NEC phone system service and support including – maintaining and assisting your existing NEC telephone systems, providing replacement parts, maintenance, and technical support. However, following the manufacturing halt on December 31, 2024, new NEC PBX systems will no longer be available for purchase through Prosum.
Additionally, any compatible replacement parts offered by Prosum will likely be refurbished rather than new. If you have any concerns regarding the impact of NEC’s end-of-life announcement on your current NEC telephone products, please do not hesitate to contact us at Prosum.
